I cannot express how happy I am that I chose to use your company instead of the other pond supplier that I have always used in the past. I have a 4500 gallon pond with several large Koi and approximately 10 large pond comets. After using another type of filter for the last several years with horrible results (both with customer service, performance and product failure) my wife and I were ready to fill the pond in with concrete. You could almost walk across the surface it was so thick and smelly. After listening to your advice and recommendations I purchased the Oase FiltoClear 8000. The order was on my doorstep in 3 days.
I installed the filter, and the next day it seemed to have really cleared up the surface algae. I was still skeptical this would work in the hot Arizona sun. I about fell over when I went out after work on day 4, I could see the pump on the bottom of the pond. This is something I have not seen in 2+ years. My fish are doing cartwheels (if that is possible). I cannot wait to see the results after two weeks.

Your recommendation is absolutely successful. Water is so crystal clear, it looks like the drinking water I purchase. At first, I was cleaning the foam filters every third day, then every fourth, then weekly, and now it has been two weeks and the water level in the filter is staying below midpoint. The liner arrived and I got it positioned — by myself (with a bad back!!!) — with no difficulty! It is in beautiful condition and was just the right size. I had originally considered going to a local garden center to get a liner, hoping that their largest size would fit my oddly-undulating pool. Thank goodness I found your company! I saved well over $100 from their price, plus the size I got from you, which I thought was an overestimate, turned out to be just right once the low side of the pond was leveled out. (My last pond at my old house had a liner that was 6 inches too short, and I always regretted the “low side” of the pond.)
