If you have issues or warranty concerns with a product you purchased from us, please let us know. While other stores will tell you to contact the manufacturer and sort out your warranty claim yourself, we offer a no-hassle warranty service. We administer all warranty claims ourselves and arrange to have a replacement product shipped to you at no charge. All you have to do is contact us for a return number and we'll take it from there. |

If you are still in the planning stages, your public library is a good source for information and inspiration. Please print out our Pond Planner for future reference. It contains a wealth of information on designing, building and maintaining your pond. |

If you need assistance designing your pond or are looking for somebody to provide you with a complete materials breakdown for your particular installation, please consult a professional landscape designer. While we do our best to provide exceptional service to all potential customers, it takes us a minimum of one to two hours to go over each individual scenario, and we can no longer provide this service free of charge. Our fabulous Pond Planner combined with the detailed specifications and information listed for each item that we sell will enable you to go through the process yourself and allow you to select the products you need for your individual installation. If you need extra assistance and would like us to help you make sure that your product choices are compatible, please email your pond specifications and product choices to us. As an alternative, we sell pond kits to suit virtually every size and budget which eliminates having to spend time on selecting the proper and compatible components required. If you have a specific question on a particular product or its application, please ask. We are here to help. |

If you have warranty issues or require information on a product that you have purchased from another retailer (such as a garden center or big box store), please contact the seller or manufacturer. We cannot process warranty claims or provide customer support for products that have not been purchased from our store. |
