Just a short note to let you know that all the product I ordered came to me in good shape.
I was very impressed with the time frame in which my order was processed.  I have been trying to get replacement foam filters for my bioforce for approx. 2 years around here but they were either back ordered or they couldn't get them in, but in less than a week I received everything I was looking for.  I would, without, hesitation, recommend you to anyone that need pond supplies.
I also appreciated the fact that you followed up with such enthusiasm that I felt like I was your only customer and you don't find a lot of that much these days.
